IDAP Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor – Nawaz Sharif Medical District, Lahore

Issuer: Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP). Project: Pre-qualification of General Contractor for Nawaz Sharif Institute of Orthopedics & Rehabilitation, Burn & Plastic Surgery and Trauma Care (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore.

Scope: Construction of buildings and infrastructure development including civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting works, external development works, and execution of required materials, labor, formwork, tools & machinery as specified in the pre-qualification document.

How to Apply: Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit the PQ Proposal through the Punjab e-Procurement System. PQ documents, terms and conditions, and responses are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx) and the PPRA website.

Submission Deadline: PQ proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-09-29 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. If the last date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
