How to apply: Interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System and obtain the PQ Document/PQ Notice from the system. The PQ document and detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered applicants on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk) and on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website.
Submission and opening: PQ proposals must be submitted exclusively via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission deadline: 2026-10-06 by 03:00 PM. Proposals will be opened the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted by any other mode will not be considered. If the last date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered.
