Municipal Committee Samundri invites e-tenders from eligible engineering firms / contractors for multiple annual contracts and rehabilitation / improvement works under the Financial Year 2026-27 through the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System.
Key instructions:
- Only firms duly registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and possessing valid PEC registration for Financial Year 2026-27 are eligible.
- Bidders must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-Procurement System and submit bids electronically via https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ or http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk/e-Procurement.
- Single-stage, single-envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
- Bidders shall fill all required forms/tables, sign/stamp bidding documents before submission and submit bids electronically on 2026-09-26 up to 02:30 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Samundri in the presence of the tender opening committee and authorized representatives of bidders.
- Quoted rates shall be inclusive of all applicable government taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten or doubtful bids will be rejected. The successful bidder will furnish Performance Security in accordance with Rule 56 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
