Office of the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA), Banda Daud Shah, District Karak invites sealed electronic bids (E-Bids) for multiple Single-Envelope works packages under the KADP fund for FY 2025-26. Bidding is through the Government e-Procurement system (ePADS) only. Eligible contractors must submit required enlistment/certification, tax registrations and other documentary evidences as listed below.
Key submission & eligibility information
- Submission method: Electronic submission via ePADS (physical/manual bids will not be accepted). Bidding documents downloadable from the e-procurement portal.
- Required documents (as stated): valid PEC enlistment/certificate (C-6 or above where applicable), valid enlistment/licence of relevant local/provincial boards, active taxpayer status with FBR, KPRA registration (2026-27), copy of CNIC and other documentary evidences.
- Bid security: 2% of estimated cost (in the form required by the tender, see e-procurement documentation).
- Bids must be submitted by 12:00 hours on 2026-09-14. Electronic bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 hours at the Office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Banda Daud Shah.
