Pre-Qualification Notice for General Contractor — Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases (Lahore) — IDAP

Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites pre-qualification (PQ) proposals from eligible general contractors for construction works at Nawaz Sharif Institute of Genetics & Blood Diseases and Bone Marrow Transplantation (Nawaz Sharif Medical District), Lahore. Scope includes construction of buildings and infrastructure development covering civil, architectural, plumbing, electrical, mechanical & fire-fighting works, external development works, and supply/deployment of materials, labor, plant, formwork, tools & machinery as required for the project.

All interested applicants must register on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible to participate. PQ documents and the PQ notice containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered applicants on the Punjab e-Procurement System (ep.punjab.gov.pk). Relevant documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website at http://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx.

Responses shall be submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The response time will be calculated from the date of publication of the advertisement on the Authority's (IDAP) website. (Subject advertisement published on PPRA website dated 2026-09-02.)

Submission and opening schedule: PQ proposals must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System on or before 2026-10-06 no later than 03:00 PM. Pre-qualification proposals will be opened the same day on the Punjab e-Procurement System at 03:30 PM. Proposals received through any other mode will not be considered. If the last date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission/opening.
