Tender: Construction of Blacktop Road (Reco to Gardak, Buleda) — bids due 2026-09-24

Issuer: Project Director, Improvement and Development of Infrastructure of Buleda Town (PI & II), P&D Department.

Purpose: Electronic bids are invited for construction of a blacktop road from Reco to Gardak (Buleda) for Year 2026 based on Composite Schedule Rates 2026 on Percentage Rates.

Eligibility and key conditions:

• Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List.
• The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
• Bidder must have completed 2 assignments of similar nature.
• Minimum turnover of at least 980,319,200 PKR in three previous successive years to demonstrate financial capacity.
• Bidder must have an established office in Pakistan; past performance may be verified.

Bid security: 2% of bid in the form of bank guarantee / deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.
