FESCO Corrigendum: SCADA System Phase-I (Tender ICB-SCADA-PH-01) – Revised Bid Deadline

Faisalabad Electric Supply Company Limited (FESCO) issues a corrigendum to Tender No. ICB-SCADA-PH-01 for the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of SCADA System Phase-I. The scope includes SCADA software, servers, Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), field devices, installation of HMI machines in the control rooms, establishment of a complete communication solution, staff training on the SCADA system for capacity building initiatives, provision of fixtures, furniture, desktops, laptops and other related control room equipment for eight grid stations under the jurisdiction of FESCO. The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis through FESCO's own resources.

The corrigendum refers to the original Invitation for Bids published in newspapers (Dawn and Daily News) dated 2026-01-29 and 2026-01-30 and on PPRA/EPADS and FESCO websites. All other terms and conditions of the bidding documents remain unchanged. This corrigendum is an integral part of the bidding documents.

Bidders should note the revised deadline and continue to follow instructions and bid submission procedures as provided in the original bidding documents. The corrigendum is issued with the approval of the competent authority.
