NEPRA Hearing Notice: NPPMCL Petition to Modify Haveli Bahadur Shah (HBS) Tariff – Hearing on 2026-09-08

Issuer: National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA). Petitioner: National Power Park Management Company (Pvt.) Ltd. (NPPMCL). Purpose: Hearing on petition filed 2025-02-03 seeking modification of tariff determination for the Haveli Bahadur Shah (HBS) power project under NEPRA Tariff Standards & Procedure Rules, 1998.

The Authority will hear stakeholders and consider interventions regarding issues raised in the petition, including bidding process compliance, review of NEPRA-approved maximum capacity charge, calculation and justification of the tariff, clarity on contract pricing and escalation, and any other matters the Authority deems relevant.

Participation and interventions: In terms of Rules 6 & 7 of NEPRA (Tariff Standards & Procedure) Rules, 1998, any interested person wishing to participate must file a written intervention. Interventions should be submitted within seven (07) days of publication of this notice (per the Rules). Intervenors should state their name, interest in the matter, and the specific relief or comments sought, and provide any supporting documentation or evidence they intend to rely upon.
