The Bank of Punjab invites interested parties to participate in on-site open auctions of bank-owned properties offered on an "AS IS WHERE IS BASIS". Interested bidders must follow the bank's submission and payment requirements and attend the on-site auctions as per the schedule below.

Key submission & bidding instructions
1. Interested parties must submit a Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR / Banker's Cheque of PKR 500,000 in favor of The Bank of Punjab along with a copy of CNIC and contact number.
2. The instrument must have "Property Sr. # & its Address" written on its backside and shall be submitted at the place of auction on the auction date before the scheduled time.
3. Bidding will start as per the schedule above. Successful bidders will be informed on the spot provisionally.
4. The successful bidder shall be liable to pay all applicable federal/provincial taxes and transfer expenses. Advance tax under Section 236A of the Income Tax Ordinance (2015 wording in notice) is applicable: 5% for filers and 10% for non-filers.
5. Bank Drafts / Pay Orders / CDRs / Banker's Cheques of unsuccessful bidders will be returned on the same day.
6. Upon issuance of the final acceptance letter, 25% of the bid amount must be paid within 7 days and the balance within 30 days; failure to comply will result in cancellation without notice.
7. In case of non-fulfillment of terms, amounts paid by the successful bidder may be forfeited in favor of The Bank of Punjab. After receipt of full payment and taxes, the bank will effect transfer of the property in the name of the successful bidder or their nominee.
8. The Bank of Punjab reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to announce any other terms and conditions before commencement of open bidding.
