| Eligibility / Requirements | Contractors must submit applications for issuance of tender documents with complete credentials as per Serial-9. Contractors must certify they are registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and submit a copy of PEC registration; contractors not registered with PEC are ineligible. Contractors on approved MES list Category 'D' and above with relevant experience may apply. Contractors must provide certificates that they are not involved in litigation with government departments in courts of law. |

The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be handled as per applicable PPRA rules. |
