- Contractors on the approved list of MES in Category "D" and above with relevant experience may apply.
- Contractors may be present at the time of tender opening.
- The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender; rejected tenders will be dealt with as per Para 3301 of PPRA rules.
