Balochistan Police (Motor Transport) Annual Rate Contracting Tender — Quetta (Closing 2026-09-17)

Senior Superintendent of Police, Motor Transport, Police Headquarters Quetta invites eligible firms to apply for the Annual Rate of Contracting for supply of items. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the Electronic Public Procurement (EPP) system. Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System and comply with the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key eligibility & document requirements (highlights):

• Assignments of similar nature and complexity.
• Minimum financial/turnover threshold indicated: PKR 50,000,000.
• Active Taxpayer on FBR list and valid Sales Tax registration.
• Firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
• Registration/Certification: BR/A registration and registration with Registrar of Firms or SECP or Chamber of Commerce.
• Income Tax returns for the last three years and no-demand/no-default certificate from FBR.
• Affidavit on stamped paper (PKR 100) duly notarized confirming no blacklist/termination or debarment.
• Functional corporate office in Quetta, last three years audited financial reports, and provision of samples where required.
