Auction Notice: Parking Stand and Canteen Leases at Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Pattoki

The Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarters Hospital Pattoki (Kasur) invites sealed bids for the lease of the hospital parking stand (for bicycles/motorbikes/cars) and the hospital canteen. The auction/bid opening will take place on 2026-08-18. Tender documents may be obtained from the hospital office against a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000 until the above date.

Interested bidders must submit a CDR/security of Rs.100,000 in favor of the Medical Superintendent, a copy of CNIC, the tender purchase receipt, NTN documentation (if applicable), and an affidavit on a Rs.100 stamp declaring acceptance of terms and that they are not blacklisted. The committee reserves the right to cancel the auction and forfeit deposits. Leases will remain effective until 2027-06-30; taxes will be applied as per government rules.
