The Bank of Punjab invites interested parties to participate in on-site public auctions of bank-owned properties in Canal City Housing Scheme, Sialkot and Regency International, Faisalabad. How to bid: Submit a Bank Draft/Pay Order/CDR/Banker’s Cheque of PKR 500,000 in favor of The Bank of Punjab as earnest money, along with a copy of CNIC and a contact number. The instrument must be endorsed on the back with the relevant “Property Sr. # & its Address” and submitted at the auction site before the scheduled time on the auction date.
Payment & post-auction conditions: Bids will be accepted on the spot provisionally. The successful bidder will be informed at the spot; upon issuance of the final acceptance letter, 25% of the bid amount must be paid within 7 days and the balance within 30 days. Failure to pay will result in cancellation without notice. The successful bidder is responsible for all applicable federal/provincial taxes and transfer expenses. Advance income tax as per law is applicable: 5% for filers and 10% for non-filers.
Other conditions: The Bank of Punjab reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason. Refunds and other terms will follow the Bank’s stated auction conditions.
