LDA Tender: Shifting of Machinery & Equipment to Sabzazar, Lahore (Submission Deadline 2026-09-25)

Key submission & eligibility requirements:

- Firms/contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and on the Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) e-portal as applicable. Relevant websites referenced: https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA portal.

- Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the stated category (C-5 & above) and active tax filer status are mandatory.

- Bidders must submit electronic bids (technical & financial proposals) through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical and financial documents must be uploaded as instructed; only e-bids will be accepted. Physical bids or bids via telegraph/post will not be accepted.

- Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost (PKR 1,670,015) must be submitted as prescribed digitally via the e-Procurement System in accordance with instructions and in favour of Lahore Development Authority. Conditional bids will not be accepted.

- Tender documents, corrigenda and other instructions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Technical proposals will be opened first; financial proposals of responsive bidders will be opened on the announced date/time.
