| Submission & Opening Time | Proposals must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by the deadline stated in the Pre-Qualification document. Submission cut-off time is 03:00 PM and proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM on the Punjab e-Procurement System. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the deadline. |
