Tender: Supply of Sports Items & Printing of Promotional Material — Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board

Issuer: Government of Gilgit-Baltistan — Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board. The Board invites sealed tenders from eligible government contractors/firms for two components: supply of sports items and printing of promotional material.

Tender documents are available from the Office of the Director, Sports Board, Satellite Town, Wahads Colony, Shahah (Qaland-e-Aaras), Jutal, Gilgit during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00–16:00) on payment of the document fee shown below. Documents will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Key terms: single-stage, two-envelope procedure (technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes); technical proposals will be evaluated first and qualified firms will be invited for financial evaluation. Offered rates must be inclusive of all government taxes and foreign charges (if any) and must be submitted on the tender forms used by the department. Incomplete, unsealed, conditional, or late bids will not be entertained. A sworn affidavit on stamp paper declaring that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government/semigovernment organization is required with the tender.
