Issuer: Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, Gilgit-Baltistan Sports Board.
Purpose: Two-component tender for (1) Supply of sports gears/equipment and (2) Printing of promotional material.
Tender documents: Complete tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director, GB Sports Board, Satellite Town, Waheds Colony, Jutal, Gilgit during working hours Monday to Friday (09:00 to 16:00) on payment as specified below. Payment to be made through Treasury Challan TR-6.

Submission & opening: The opening of documents is scheduled for 2026-09-13 at 12:00 pm. The tender process will be single-stage, two-envelope (Technical proposal & Financial proposal in separate sealed envelopes). Qualified firms called for financial evaluation after technical evaluation.
Bid security must be submitted in the form of CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favour of the Director, GB Sports Board.
Other requirements and conditions: An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 30 must accompany the tender documents confirming the bidder has not been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organization. Offered rates must be inclusive of all government taxes/levies. Rates must be typed on the prescribed tender format; handwritten rates or formats other than the department's prescribed format will not be accepted. Incomplete, unsigned, conditional bids and bids received after the due date/time will not be entertained.
