Issuer: Director Procurement, BPPPA. Expression of Interest (EOI) invited for provision of financial, legal and litigation services on a closed framework agreement (without rates). Only electronic bids will be submitted via the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS); no physical bids are required. Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Shortlisting of service providers will follow the eligibility and technical criteria in the EOI document.
