The Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantt, notifies that property recorded as Mahbari 116-F, Survey No. 8-16 in Officers' Colony Wah Cantt is registered in the name of Noor Hussain s/o Allah Wajeh. Following deaths in the family (including dates recorded as 2016-10-01, 2019-10-14 and 2020-11-13) and reference to letter no. 10844/21 dated 2021-06-07, legal heirs have applied for transfer of the property rights to the listed heirs.
Any person or institution with an objection must submit it within 15 days of this notice to the Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt, by registered post or by presenting it at the Cantonment Board office. If no objection is received, the matter will proceed under the applicable rules and subsequent appeals will not be entertained.
