Public Notice: Transfer of Tenancy Rights for Property A65 (Survey No.118), Gulistan Colony, Wah Cantt

The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantt announces that tenancy rights of property A65, Survey No.118, Gulistan Colony, Wah Cantt — formerly in the name of Sikandar Khan (son of Muhammad Saeed Khan) (deceased 2022-05-17) — are proposed to be transferred to the legal heirs listed under Succession Certificate No. 1286/2022 dated 2023-01-23 issued by Civil Judge, First Class, Taxila.

The named heirs (Muhammad Sarfraz Khan; Salahuddin; Shahabuddin Khan; Sirajuddin Khan; Shehzad Khan) have applied for transfer. Any person or entity with an objection must submit it with supporting evidence within 15 days of this notice’s publication by registered post or by presenting it at the Cantonment Board Wah Cantt office; otherwise the transfer will proceed and further claims will not be accepted.
