Eligibility & Requirements:

- Not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required.
- Completion of three (03) assignments of similar nature required.
- Minimum turnover: PKR 208,952,799 in two subsequent previous years (as stated).
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-3 and above (up to 500 million) in relevant category; specialized code CE01(i) (Road & Pavements, Drainage & Retaining Structure).
- PEC registration for year 2026-27 and other documents (green challan / tender fee, affidavit regarding blacklisting, judicial stamp-paper declaration) as specified in bidding documents.
