Tender: Development of Dug Well, Solar System & Pipeline at UC Khost, District Kharan (Balochistan)

Deputy Director Agriculture (On Farm Water Management), District Kharan invites electronic bids from eligible firms for execution of the following work under Composite Schedule Rates 2026 for fiscal year 2026-27. Only electronic bids will be accepted; no physical bids are allowed.

Tender fee & Bid security: Tender fee: PKR 1,000. Bid security: 2% of quoted price (as specified in the bidding documents).

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements:

Prospective bidders must comply with PPR (PRA) rules and provide: valid CNIC, Active Taxpayer status / Income Tax payer list entry, registration with Balochistan revenue/tax authorities where required, proof of not being blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and submission of evidence of similar assignments. Bidders must demonstrate financial capacity (turnover requirements and past performance as specified in the bidding documents) and provide required warranties and performance guarantees. Joint ventures/associations must submit required documentation if applicable.

Bid submission & opening: Bidding documents and NIT are available electronically via the official e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically by the deadline shown in the bidding documents. Bid security must be submitted in the prescribed form (e.g., bank guarantee/deposit at call) as required.

Other conditions: The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
