Issuer: Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC). PHC invites online bids for the procurement of security services under a framework contract for the PHC Head Office (Lahore) and regional offices at Bahawalpur, D.G. Khan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi and Sargodha (and any new offices established during the contract period).

Eligibility & requirements: Firms/companies with relevant experience in security services; registration with applicable registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax or Punjab Sales Tax as applicable); and licensing from the home department where required. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure.
Bid security: Equal to 2% of the estimated price (as stated). Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids will be opened online on the same day at the stated time. Bid validity: 120 days.
