MEPCO Tender Notice — Transformer Reclamation Workshop Materials (Walk-through Metal Detector, Security Gate, Industrial Heat Reclaimer)

Issuer: Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO). Invitation for E-Bids under PPRA Rules-2004 (amended) for procurement of transformer reclamation workshop material on FCS basis at Regional Stores Multan. Prices must be quoted in local currency inclusive of all taxes and duties (exclusive of GST).

Bidding documents and e-submission: Bidding documents are available on ePADS Version 2.0. Interested bidders must register on ePADS V2.0 and submit E-Bids through ePADS. Manual (hard-copy) bids shall not be accepted. Tenders will be opened publicly after the bid submission time using ePADS; bidders or their representatives may attend.

Bid security and conditions: Original bid security/guarantee in the form and amount specified in the bidding documents (e.g., deposit-at-call, pay order or bank guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in favour of Chief Executive Officer MEPCO) must be submitted as required. Bids must comply with instructions in the ePADS bidding documents. Bid validity period as specified in the bidding documents.
