Amendment: The tender submission provision in the original notice is amended. Submission must be made on the e-procurement portal EPAD 2.0 (mandatory). The sealed tender(s), along with the prescribed earnest money, should now be submitted on EPAD 2.0 before 10:00 AM on 2026-08-18. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
