Office of the Medical Superintendent, Social Security Hospital, Muzaffargarh invites sealed tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the Financial Year 2026-27 from manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Professional Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Separate Technical and Financial proposals shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with the prescribed procurement procedure.
Submission & Opening: Last date and time for submission of bids: Monday 31-08-2026 at 10:00 AM. Date & time for opening of bids: Monday 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM.
Key Conditions:
1. Bidding documents, detailed specifications, scope of supply and terms & conditions are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and related portals.
2. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals via the Punjab e-Procurement System. A scanned copy of the original Bid Security must be uploaded with the Technical Proposal.
3. Original Bid Security in the prescribed form and amount along with an original Rs.100 e-Stamp Paper declaring that the firm is not blacklisted by PPRA, PESSI and SSH Muzaffargarh must be submitted to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, Social Security Hospital, Muzaffargarh before the bid closing date and time; failure to submit the original Bid Security shall render the bid non-responsive.
4. Bids shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of opening unless otherwise specified in the bidding documents.
5. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with the PPRA Rules, 2014.
