Issuer: Communication & Works Department, 7th Buildings Division, Lahore. The Department invites e-Tenders through Punjab E-Procurement Portal/PPRA for construction works. Bidders must be registered/renewed with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category (C-1 or above) with applicable PEC codes (e.g., CE10, BC03 & M01). Contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and comply with PPRA rules. Manual bids will not be accepted.
Submission & Bid Security: Bids to be submitted online. Performance / bid security to be provided as per PPRA rules; earnest money calculated as percentage of estimated cost must be submitted online by generating PSID on the Punjab E-Procurement System.
