Eligibility: Presence on Active Tax Payer List; not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan; Balochistan Revenue Authority registration required; relevant Pakistan Engineering Council registration and specialized code as required by the bidding documents; demonstrated completed assignments of similar nature and financial capacity as described in bidding documents.

Bid Security: 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned. Green challan (as shown against each work) to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan for each work.
