Issuer: Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force (ANF), Sindh. Purpose: Pre-qualification of GST-registered firms, vendors and service providers for repair, maintenance and related services for Financial Year 2026-27.
Scope includes (examples): transportation of goods; conference/seminar/workshop services; exhibitions and fairs; transport (repair & maintenance of vehicles); machinery items (AC, lift, photocopier, generator repair & maintenance); repair of office buildings.

Eligibility & Conditions:
- Bidders must be registered with FBR and included in the active taxpayer list maintained by FBR.
- Bidders/vendors must have at least 3 years' relevant experience with government departments.
- Tender will be decided on cost and quality basis.
- All proposals must quote amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Firm must provide undertaking and original affidavit on judicial stamp paper for non-blacklisting; provide registration certificate of FBR for SST & NTN; and certificate confirming no litigation against the firm/company.
- The authority reserves the right to reject applications per PPRA Rules-2004.
