Tender: Establishment of PAF House in Lahore — Communication & Works Department (E-Procurement)

Issuer: Communication & Works Department, 7th Buildings Division, Lahore. Procurement through Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) via Single Stage Two Envelope e-tendering (Notification No. SOII-(CHI/EX/4)/149/2023/3652 dated 2024-05-26).

Scope & eligibility: Bids are invited from contractors/firms enlisted with PEC for the current financial year in the relevant category and holding required specialization codes (C-10, BCO3 & MEO1 or as specified). Contractors must produce original PEC license and meet all eligibility/qualification requirements listed in the DNIT. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System.

Performance guarantee and bid security: The lowest evaluated bidder shall submit Performance Security/Guarantee equal to 5% of the estimated DNIT cost within the time specified in the DNIT. Other terms, bid validity and submission requirements are set out in the tender documents on the e-procurement portal.

Submission & opening (online): Last date/time for submission of bids on the e-procurement website: 2026-09-23 at 11:00 AM. Opening of financial bids on the e-procurement website: 2026-09-23 at 11:30 AM.
