PMD Invitation to Bid: SEO Services for weather.gov.pk (Closing 2026-09-21)

Issuer: Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Indent & Purchase Section, Sector H-8/2, Islamabad. Purpose: Procurement of SEO services for the PMD web portal (weather.gov.pk) through PPRA E-PADS.

Procurement procedure: Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under Rule 35(b) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidding documents and detailed specifications are available free of cost on the PMD website and via PPRA E-PADS/PPRA portals.

Eligibility: Reputable IT firms/companies/service providers/contractors/suppliers/vendors duly registered with relevant government agencies and active taxpayers with relevant profile and meeting criteria in the bidding documents.

Bid security: Rs. 150,000 in the form of CDR/Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of Director General, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Islamabad; bids submitted without required bid security will not be entertained.

Performance guarantee: Successful bidder to furnish performance guarantee (CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft) @ 5% of the work order in favour of D.G. PMD for the contract period.
