Issuer: National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), Directorate of Elementary & Secondary Education (E&SED), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Government of Pakistan. IFB No.: NCHD/EDU/KP/2026/001.
Purpose: Invitation to bids for procurement of goods and non-consultancy services for the project "Technical Support to E&SED Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in Reducing Out-of-School Children (OOSC) and Community Engagement to Improve School Environment", to be implemented in the districts of Shangla, Peshawar and Torghar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligibility & procedure: Bidders must be registered suppliers/vendors with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and have Active Tax Payer Status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Procurement will follow single-stage, two-envelope procedure in terms of Rule 36(b) of PPRA Rules, 2004.
Tender documents and notice are available on EPADS and on NCHD and PPRA websites. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Scanned copy of bid security must be attached on EPADS; original bank draft/CR or bank guarantee must be submitted to the Finance & Administration Department, NCHD, E&SED, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.
Submission deadline: Bids must be submitted through EPADS on or before 11:00 AM, Monday, 2025-09-21. Bids will be opened the same date at 11:30 AM on the eProcure portal in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. NCHD will not entertain any bid not submitted through EPADS.
