Government of Pakistan – National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites bids from eligible international certification bodies for the engagement to provide international certification of PMYSD trainees in high-demand trades. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more of the listed trades. Bidders must possess demonstrable international certification capability, relevant experience and track record, and comply with NAVTTC/PMYSD requirements.
Eligibility & submission requirements: Proposals must include bidder profile and evidence of relevant certification capability and international experience. Single Stage–Two Envelope Procedure (technical and financial sealed separately) will be used. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of "NAVTTC Fund." Bids must follow the instructions in the bidding documents available from NAVTTC. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
Key dates and bid opening: Deadline for submission is 2026-10-05 by 11:00 AM. Technical envelopes will be opened the same day, 2026-10-05 at 11:30 AM.
