Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (Digital Communication Dept.) Invites Bids for Supplies — FY 2026-2027

Issuer: Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids for supply of stationery, computer stationery & toners, miscellaneous store items and computer hardware for Financial Year 2026-2027. Bidding is invited through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS 2.0).

Eligibility & requirements:

• Bidders must be registered on EPADS 2.0.
• Valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and a National Tax Number.
• Must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR.
• Must meet criteria given in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.

Bidding documents and fees:

Bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing terms and conditions from the office of the undersigned on any working day after publication of this notice at a cost of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable). The notice also states that a bid document fee of Rs. 1,500/- must be submitted; failing which the bid/firm will be disqualified.

Submission and opening:

• Sealed bids (submitted through EPADS 2.0 as stated) must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 2026-09-09 by 12:00 PM.
• Bids will be opened the same day, 2026-09-09, at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
