Invitation for Bids — Stationery, Computer Supplies & Hardware (Digital Communication Department, Islamabad)

Issuer: Digital Communication Department, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Invitation for sealed bids (through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System - EPADS 2.0) for supply of items on a lot-wise basis for FY 2026-2027. Participating firms must be registered on EPADS 2.0, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and listed as Active Taxpayers of the FBR.

Bidding documents: A complete set of bidding documents is available from the office of the undersigned on submission of a written application after publication of the notice at a cost of Rs. 5,000/- (non-refundable). The notice also references a bid document fee shown as "#1.5,000/-" in the published text.

Submission deadline: Bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 2026-09-09 by 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

How to apply/submit: Submit bids via EPADS 2.0 as instructed; bidding documents can be purchased from the issuing office. Firms should meet the criteria given in the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
