District Council Tando Allahyar Notice for Objections/Suggestions on Proposed Tax Schedule

Issuer: Office of the District Council, Tando Allahyar (Ref: No. DC/TAY/TAX/1175/of 2026). Date of issuance: 2026-09-01.

Purpose: Under powers conferred by Section 96 of the Sindh Local Governments Act 2013 and the Sindh Councils (Imposition, Assessment, Collection and Administration of Taxes, Rates, Toll and Fees) Rules, 2016, the District Council Tando Allahyar intends to regularize and impose a proposed schedule of taxes/fees.

Action required: Objections and suggestions are invited from the general public and affected persons regarding the proposed tax schedule. All objections/suggestions must be received by the District Council Tando Allahyar within 15 days of issuance and publication of this notice. Objections received within the 15-day period will be heard publicly on the next working day after receipt.

If no objections or suggestions are received by the constituted committee within the specified period, it will be deemed that no one has any objections or suggestions.
