Issuer: National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Prime Minister's Office, Islamabad. NAVTTC invites bids from eligible international certification bodies for provision of international certification for PM/SYDP trainees in high-demand trades.
Scope: Engagement of international certification bodies to certify trainees of Prime Minister's Youth Skills Development Program (PMYSDP/PM/SYDP) in high-demand trades. Bidders may submit proposals for one or more trades and must demonstrate relevant certification capability and international experience.

Procurement Procedure and Requirements:
- Method: Single Stage–Two Envelope, Quality & Cost Based Selection (QCBS) under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
- Bid Security: PKR 1,000,000 (One Million) in the form of Pay Order in favour of "NAVTTC Fund".
- Bids must meet the technical and financial qualification requirements and be submitted as per bidding documents.
- Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, and requirements are available at NAVTTC website: www.navttc.gov.pk.
Submission and Opening:
- Bid submission deadline: 2015-10-05 at 11:00 AM.
- Bid opening: Same date, 2015-10-05 at 11:30 AM.
