Tender Notice — Livelihood Promotion Programme: Road and Flood Mitigation Works (Balochistan)

Project Director, Livelihood Promotion Programme (Government of Balochistan) invites electronic bids for civil works under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules - 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted through the supplier dashboard; no physical bids. Earnest money: 2% in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Call Deposit in favour of the undersigned. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility and submission requirements:

- Bidders must be registered on the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA and appear on the Active Tax Payer List.
- Bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.
- Balochistan Revenue Authority registration is required.
- Evidence of completed assignments of similar nature and turnover documentation for previous years as proof of financial capacity required.
- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant category and specialized code as specified in bidding documents.
- Green challan to be deposited in National Bank of Pakistan for each work as shown in bidding documents.
- Bid security: 2% in the form of Call Deposit/Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

- Tender documents and NIT can be obtained/viewed electronically at the BPPRA website and the issuing authority’s portal (bidding document links stated in the NIT).
- Last date for electronic bid submission: 2026-09-18 until 10:00 AM (through supplier dashboard).
- Tender opening: 2026-09-18 at 11:00 AM.
