GEPCO Invitation for E-Bids for Distribution Transformers and Omega-Shaped Rings (Gujranwala)

Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites electronic bids (e-bids) on E-PADS v2.0 from registered/prequalified firms with DISCOs/NTDC/WAPDA/GENCOS or PPMO (no foreign exchange or free delivery allowed) for supply of distribution transformers and omega-shaped rings. Goods to be delivered FCS at GEPCO 132-kV Grid Station, GT Road, Shaheenabad, Gujranwala.

Key dates: Bid closing date and time: 2026-09-29 up to 11:00 AM. Bid opening date and time: 2026-09-29 at 11:30 AM.

How to apply / submit bids: Bids must be submitted electronically through E-PADS v2.0. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 (https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/) on or before the closing time. Manual submission is not acceptable. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit or Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Executive Officer, GEPCO. Bid validity must remain 60 days and bid security must remain valid for 28 days beyond bid validity.

Procurement terms (summary): Single stage–single envelope (Least Cost Based Selection / LCBS) will be used. E-Bidding documents, terms & conditions, specifications and requirements are available on the E-PADS portal. Rates quoted must be inclusive of all taxes and duties where applicable. Incomplete bids, conditional bids or bids without the required Bid Guarantee will be rejected. Clarifications or corrigenda will be issued on the EPADS website; bidders should check the portal and submit queries at least 07 days before tender opening.
