Office of Commander Military Engineer Services (Army), Lahore Cantt invites sealed tenders under PPRA Rules 13(1) of 2014 for multiple civil and electro-mechanical works in the Lahore area (AOR). Interested contractors must submit applications with complete credentials to be eligible for issuance of tender documents.

Key actions & deadlines
Submit application with complete credentials for issuance of tender documents. Applications for issuance of tender documents must reach the office by 2026-09-18. Tender documents will be issued to scrutinized contractors on 2026-09-21. Completed tenders must be received by 11:30 hrs on 2026-09-28; tenders will be opened at 12:00 hrs on 2026-09-28.
Eligibility & conditions
Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and provide a copy of PEC registration. Contractors should be on the approved MES contractor list in Category B, C or D and above and have relevant experience. A certificate confirming no ongoing litigation with government departments and not being blacklisted must be provided. Firms not registered with PEC will not be issued tender documents.

Contractors may attend tender opening. The accepting officer reserves the right to accept or reject any tender as per relevant PPRA rules. For details contact the concerned CMES representative between 08:00–15:00 hours on working days.
