Communication & Works Department, Government of Punjab invites online tenders under Rule 38 (Single Stage Two-Envelope) for works through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Registered contractors/firms enlisted with or renewed by Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for FY 2026-27 having PEC category C-5 or above with the relevant specialized code (CO-10, EE-04, EE-05) are eligible to bid. Original PEC licence/certificate showing the relevant category and code must be produced.
