Sukkur IBA University RFP — MV Power Distribution & Substation (MDS Campus-II Phase I)

Issuer: Sukkur IBA University invites sealed Technical and Financial proposals (RFP) from eligible, reputable and experienced engineering consulting firms for the project titled "MDS Campus-II (Phase-I) - MV Power Distribution System along with Substation-II at Campus-II". Firms must demonstrate relevant experience, qualified personnel, and submit technical and financial proposals separately with references of similar projects.

Key eligibility and submission requirements (summary):

• Valid and active Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in the relevant category/discipline.
• Active registration with FBR/Income Tax authorities and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB).
• Minimum 5 years' relevant engineering consultancy experience, particularly in MV/LV power distribution systems and substation projects.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully completed similar consultancy assignments; audited financial statements for the last 5 years to show financial capacity.
• Firm must not be blacklisted/debarred/suspended by any competent authority. Consortium/Joint Venture permitted with a clearly identified lead firm.
• Submission of company profile, undertaking on authenticity of documents, and Bid Security of PKR 50,000 along with the Technical Proposal (in prescribed form).
• Successful consultant will be required to enter into a formal contract in accordance with the RFP/TOR/scope/deliverables.
