The Executive Engineer (Road), Communication Works & Public Health Department (CWP&HD), District Usta Mohammad (Government of Balochistan), invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the execution of the following road rehabilitation and construction works on composite schedule rates. Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules.
Key procurement notes: Bidders must be registered on the Balochistan Public Procurement (electronic) system and be on the Active Taxpayer List. Bidders must furnish bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank. Single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure will be used. Tender documents and detailed terms are available from the office of the Executive Engineer (Road). Bidders must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency.
