| External Fire Hydrant | Red pillar type at safe, easily accessible points with two outlets of 2.5" dia and instantaneous coupling. |
| Smoke & Flame Detection / CCTV | IR cameras and alarm system in common areas & corridors with uninterrupted power and 24/7 surveillance by trained staff. |
| Fire Alarm System | Audible & visual appliances; manual pull stations or push-button call points near exits. |
| Internal Stand Pipe (Wet Riser) | On each floor with 2.5" diameter coupling and 1.5" hose with nozzle. |
| Automatic Sprinkler System | Required in spaces having any combustible material. |
| Fire Dampers in HVAC | Fire dampers and insulation of ducts with fire-retardant materials. |
| First Aid & Escape Equipment | First aid box and two fire escape masks at each floor entrance, security posts and reception or nursing stations. |
