Key Instructions & Conditions
- Tender fee Rs. 2,000 (bank draft/pay order). Cash will not be accepted.
- Tender quotations must be accompanied by 2% earnest money of the total order value (inclusive of GST) in favor of Director Finance, P.O. Box 1482, Islamabad.
- Tender documents will not be issued to firms that failed to supply against previous orders.
- Envelopes must be superscribed with the tender number and due date. Late submissions will not be accepted.
- Tender validity: 60 days from the date of opening.
- Tenders with cutting/overwriting will be rejected. Payment will be made after satisfactory inspection and receipt of complete stores.
- Tender documents can be dispatched on receipt of request and bank draft via courier. The original bank draft must reach the office one day before opening. Last date for issuance of tender documents is also one day before opening.
