Zarai Taraqiati Bank Limited (ZTBL) invites applications for the position of Unit Head - Islamic Banking Operations (AVP/VP). The role is based at the Bank’s Head Office, Islamabad, and is open to experienced banking professionals with Islamic banking operations/branch management background.

| Key Responsibilities | Oversee operational, compliance and Shariah-related functions for Islamic banking branches and windows; review observations from Compliance, Shariah & Audit; provide technical and operational leadership; act as liaison between Islamic Banking Group and other departments; facilitate end-to-end processing of Islamic financing facilities; collaborate with Regional Operations Managers; support digital solutions adoption; contribute to staff training and human resource development; and other assigned duties. |
