Tender: Construction of Blacktop Road from N25 to Dashtegoraan (Phase-10), District Surab

Executive Engineer - Roads, CWPP&H Department, District Surab invites electronic bids for construction works for the year 2026 under PSDP. Procurements will be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Only electronic bids will be accepted via the BPPRA/EPPS supplier dashboard.

Eligibility and requirements:

- Presence on Active Tax Payer List and registration with Balochistan Revenue Authority as required.

- The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan.

- The bidder must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature.

- Turnover / financial capacity requirements in the notice: at least 288,302,000 PKR in two subsequent previous years; average last three years turnover not less than 300,000,000 PKR (as stated).

- Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-J and above (up to 500 million) in relevant category. Specialized codes listed: CE02, CED1-0 (Road and Pavements; Drainage & Retaining Structure).

- CDR (2%) and green challan must reach the office of the undersigned within 3 days after bid submission.

- No blacklisting and no litigation history declaration on Rs.100 stamp paper, duly attested by a notary public, in favor of Executive Engineer Roads CWPP&H Surab, mentioning the name of work and TSENO.
