PITB Invitation to Bid — Call Center Agents for CM Complaint Helpline (CCC)

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of services for Contact Center Agents (outsourcing) for the project titled “CM Complaint Helpline and Citizen Contact Center (CCC) PITB” under framework contract (EGOV-10). Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Single Stage - Two Envelope Bidding Procedure).

- Tender documents are available for download free of cost from www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

- Bidders must submit duly completed, signed, stamped Technical and Financial bids via the Punjab E-Procurement System (e-Portal). For electronic bids submission bidders are requested to register at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.

- Bidders are responsible for ensuring timely upload on the e-Portal. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or bids submitted by other than a specified mode will not be considered.

- Tender must be accompanied by income/sales tax registration certificate and other documents as mentioned in the Tender Document.
