Issuer: Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO). PESCO invites e-bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of equipment for GSO under funds reserved for FY 2026-27. Bidding will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage–Two Envelope procedure and adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.

- All bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0. Bidders must be registered on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk and watch the EPADS v2.0 registration/explanation video as advised.
- Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents (call at deposit, bank guarantee from a scheduled bank, etc.). The original bid security and a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope to Room No. 311, MMD Directorate, PESCO HQ, Shami Road, Peshawar before the bid closing time, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive and rejected.
